Site Case sub-category

  • Active Sites
    This selection enables the requestor to view a list of only active sites in SRWM. A list of active sites would include only sites that have been assigned or are undergoing an EPA removal action. The sites on this list may or may not be contaminated. Some new cases included on this list are in the preliminary assessment and / or site investigation phases, which may mean contamination has not been confirmed.   • Active Sites with Confirmed Contamination
    This selection enables the requestor to view a real-time list of all the active sites in SRP and their associated Program Interest Number. Active Sites are those sites having one or more active case with any number of Pending and Closed cases. The listed is sorted by county and municipality. This data is also available as a static list in MS Excel Spreadsheet format and Tab Delimited ASCII format at Known Contamination Sites in NJ. The static list is updated at routine intervals.
  • Closed Sites with Remediated Contamination by County
    This selection enables the requestor to view a real-time list of all the active sites in SRP and their associated Program Interest Number. Closed sites are those sites having only closed cases. Sites in this category have no active or pending cases. The listed is sorted by county and municipality. This data is also available as a static list in MS Excel Spreadsheet format and Tab Delimited ASCII format at Known Contamination Sites in NJ. The static list is updated at routine intervals.
  • Closed Sites with Remediated Contamination by PI Number
    This selection enables the requestor to view a real-time list of all the active sites in SRP and their associated Program Interest Number. Closed sites are those sites having only closed cases. Sites in this category have no active or pending cases. The listed is sorted by county and municipality. This data is also available as a static list in MS Excel Spreadsheet format and Tab Delimited ASCII format at Known Contamination Sites in NJ. The static list is updated at routine intervals.
  • Incidents
    This report enables the requestor to view the incidents that the Bureau of Emergency Response (BER) responded to in the selected Municipality. BER has the responsibility of responding to emergencies involving oil and hazardous materials, to ensure that discharges of these materials do not threaten the health of the public and environment.   • Municipal Report (All Sites)
    This report enables the user to chose a municipality of interest and receive a list of all known sites, with contamination and without contamination, for the chosen municipality. The report contains PI Number, PI Name, and PI Address and also identifies the different site types such as active, pending, closed, etc., which are identified via a list of columns and checks. This report also gives you the ability to "branch out" via a list of more detailed reports
  • New Case Report
    This report enables the requestor to view a list of all the new cases assigned to the program within a user-defined period of time. Some new cases included on this list are in the preliminary assessment and / or site investigation phases, which may mean contamination has not been confirmed. This report also prompts the user to select counties.
  • New Case Report by Municipality
    This report enables the requestor to receive a list of all new cases assigned to the program within a user-defined period of time. Some new cases included on this list are in the preliminary assessment and / or site investigation phases, which may mean contamination has not been confirmed. This report prompts the user to select municipalities.
  • No Further Action or Completed Case Report
    This report enables the requestor to view a list of all the cases that received a No Further Action or Completed status within a user-defined period of time. It is important to note that an active institutional control can be present at a No Further Action or Completed case. These cases will usually have the status of "(Restricted Use)" in the "Case Status" column of the report. This report prompts the user to select a county. Refer to the Site Remediation & Waste Management Technical Requirements N.J.A.C. 7:26E -1.8 and the Ground Water Quality Standards N.J.A.C. 7:9C-1.6 for more information on institutional controls
  • No Further Action or Completed Case Report by Municipality
    This report enables the requestor to view a list of all the cases that received a No Further Action or Completed status within a user-defined period of time. It is important to note that an active institutional control can be present at a No Further Action or Completed case. These cases will usually have the status of "(Restricted Use)" in the "Case Status" column of the report. This report prompts the user to select a municipality.   • Pending Sites
    This selection enables the requestor to view a list of only the pending sites in SRWM. A list of pending sites would include sites that are currently being revaluated to determine appropriate assignment
  • Pending Sites with Confirmed Contamination
    This selection enables the requestor to view a real-time list of all the pending sites in SRP and their associated Program Interest Number. Pending Sites are those sites having one or more pending cases, no active cases, and any number of closed cases. The listed is sorted by county and municipality. This data is also available as a static list in MS Excel Spreadsheet format and Tab Delimited ASCII format at Known Contamination Sites in NJ. The static list is updated at routine intervals.
